Joe supported the EMEA-wide migration to a new low-value payments processing system. He built scalable reconciliation and financial control frameworks and authored the SOPs that operations teams now run on.
Joe ran finance for a $60M+ annual technology portfolio supporting ~270 engineers. He rationalised programme costs into budgets, allocated to revenue-generating businesses, and produced governance reporting trusted by senior leadership.
Joe created an internal podcast series viewed thousands of times across the firm — and joined the EMEA management team of the Young Professionals Group. Separately, he co-built a sustainability Tableau dashboard that scaled from one site to multiple across EMEA.
